Densigraphix guarantees that our compatible toner & parts shall be free from defects in material or workmanship. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with our toner and parts for any of the machines which you service, Densigraphix will credit your account for your cost of parts and labor (documentation required) incurred as a direct result of defective or incompatible toner and parts, upon verification and confirmation by our technicians. Densigraphix’s liability under this guarantee is limited to the reimbursements stated above.
